The aim is to highlight some differences between the prescriptive model, on the one hand, and the participatory model, on the other hand, in relation to the use of illicit substances and, in turn, to outline some connections between pedagogy and the multidisciplinary field of health. The hypothesis is that the traces of Paulo Freire can be found in the participatory paradigm. It is concluded that care practices in general, practices from the participatory paradigm, the risk and harm reduction model in particular, and popular education practices are a way to practice counter-pedagogy.
Bruno Hennig Copyright (c) 2023 Bruno Hennig http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2023-07-06 2023-07-06 18 e0014 e0014 10.33255/26184141/1549e0014 Resurgence and Sustainability of Communal Cooking Pots in Peru: Food Crisis and Community Response https://ojstesteo.uner.edu.ar/index.php/dps/article/view/1544
After the COVID-19 health emergency, Peru experienced a significant food crisis, highlighting the importance of popular and community initiatives against hunger. This research examines the resurgence of communal cooking pots, focusing on the case of institutionally registered pots in the province of Chiclayo, located on the Peruvian north coast.
Our findings differ from previous studies conducted in the capital, Lima, due to the timing of the food crisis during which we collected our data. By October 2022, we observed that the typical self-initiated and self-managed communal pots, as traditionally understood, were not present in Chiclayo. Instead, we observed the organization of communal pots under the influence of external actors. The management of the food crisis and the demands arising from these communal pots led to various institutional approaches and resources that reshaped the initial concept of a communal pot.
The discourses, materials, images and territorial experiences resulting from these approaches enabled female leaders to develop strategies for the sustainability and longevity of the organization. These strategies were designed for the medium and long-term rather than short-term solutions.
Renzo Caycay Copyright (c) 2023 Renzo Caycay http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2023-07-06 2023-07-06 18 e0015 e0015 10.33255/26184141/1544e0015 Treatment in Confinement: from the Penal-Correctional Approach to an Educational Perspective Based on Care https://ojstesteo.uner.edu.ar/index.php/dps/article/view/1637
The aim of this paper is to review the model of correctional treatment in the fight against crime and to present an educational perspective based on the ethics of care. An introduction, which sets the framework for the research from which the concepts and considerations presented here are drawn, is provided.
Our qualitative work is developed through the methodology of participatory action research in case studies.
In this paper, we first make a brief development that attempts to describe the correctional institution today. Then, we show the serious and severe limitations of the treatment approach supported by the Penitentiary Law. We then
introduce concepts to trace the path of deprivation of liberty as a treatment model and present an educational perspective based on freedom and care.
This is an individual and collective learning that requires a radical policy shift with a strong commitment to caring for life and collaboration as the engine of human co-evolution.
Claudia Perlo Copyright (c) 2023 Claudia Perlo http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2023-08-25 2023-08-25 18 e0017 e0017 10.33255/26184141/1637e0017 The Work of Management: Conceptual Notes about School Management in Argentina, 2011- 2020 https://ojstesteo.uner.edu.ar/index.php/dps/article/view/1568
The contributions of the field of study of school management agree to position their understanding and resignification over time, according to certain socio-political models that configure certain links between education and society. From this framework, at present, the main conceptualizations on the subject propose participatory and democratic ways of understanding school management, from the perspectives of pedagogical leadership or as a government. However, the reading of each line shows certain differences in how participation is understood and addressed as a management strategy and democracy as a form of governance in schools. In this sense, the theme in which the article is inscribed refers to the study of contemporary conceptualizations on school management. Particularly, the proposed objective is oriented to describe the characteristics of the school administration in the conceptions of pedagogical leadership and as a government.

The methodological approach adopted is of a qualitative-descriptive type, aimed at reconstructing certain dimensions and particular links on an object of study of the Education Administration. Based on this, a bibliographic review of forty articles and books on the subject was carried out. The development of the article is organized around the following dimensions, defined ex post from the reading of the bibliographic corpus, namely: I) structures, II) standards, and III) educative quality.

In conclusion, it is highlighted that the article invites us to think about the agendas of the school management from initial, first and necessary discussions, such as the educational structures from where said professional practice is thought, the norms that regulate institutional action, and the search of quality in the management of teaching and learning processes.
Maria Eugenia Vicente Copyright (c) 2023 Maria Eugenia Vicente http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2023-08-26 2023-08-26 18 e0018 e0018 10.33255/26184141/1568e0018 The persistence of the aroma of ties: being and doing school in times of emergency. https://ojstesteo.uner.edu.ar/index.php/dps/article/view/1715
Through writing we seek to reconstruct the meanings and senses constructed in the experience of sustaining the school during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following F. On the one hand, it aims at conceptualizing Social Mapping, Public Communication of Science and University Extension, combining their theoretical and methodological perspectives with a concrete experience. Secondly, it seeks to analyze a collective mapping work carried out in the city disticts Arroyo Los Berros and La Cantera (Paraná, Entre Ríos), which consisted in describing and narrating the territories —not only from the geographical perspective— but also from the symbolic dimension, through different methods and techniques to expose the meanings that the inhabitants themselves give to the history and reality of the neighborhoods.

In this way, we seek to deepen in three milestones observed in the course of the project which show changes among the participants: 1) reflection and action on the territory; 2) recognition and appropriation of the Faculty and the Public University; 3) overcoming the dichotomy university/society. These are described on the basis of the records of the different workshops, meetings and trainings, carried out jointly by the members of the extension team and the inhabitants of the neighborhood.

The project aimed at generating a space for meeting and exchange, promoting the participation of the different agents, working horizontally and through dialogue to achieve social transformation.

Andrés Gabriel Wursten Catalina Rufini Paula Legaria Ana Cornejo Juan Ignacio Legaria Guadalupe Ranieri Copyright (c) 2023 Andrés Gabriel Wursten, Catalina Rufini, Paula Legaria, Ana Cornejo, Juan Ignacio Legaria, Guadalupe Ranieri http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2023-12-07 2023-12-07 18 e0021 e0021 10.33255/26184141/1716e0021 Crónicas Subterráneas https://ojstesteo.uner.edu.ar/index.php/dps/article/view/1643 Marcelo Mangiante Copyright (c) 2023 Marcelo Mangiante http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2023-08-25 2023-08-25 18 e0019 e0019 10.33255/26184141/1643e0019 Interview with Daniel López del Rincón https://ojstesteo.uner.edu.ar/index.php/dps/article/view/1665 Lucía Stubrin Copyright (c) 2023 Lucía Stubrin http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2023-07-06 2023-07-06 18 e0016 e0016 10.33255/26184141/1665e0016
