The article presents a review of the concept of interdiscipline in the context of an investigation that studies the educational intervention experiences of teachers and mental health professionals in secondary schools. It recovers the contributions of Rolando García as well as some resonances of his pioneering study with Jean Piaget. Its examine the concept of discipline based on the notion of field, by Pierre Bourdieu and, finally, its recover the notion of group process by Enrique Pichon Rivière, to explore a conceptualization of interdiscipline as a group practice or group process, identifying some of the challenges that teamwork - interdisciplinary team - imposes on the subjects.
