Abstract

This article arises the analysis of the first months of implementation of the Programa Conectar Igualdad (PCI) at the School III of Gran La Plata, and the ways in which, on the basis of previous expectations, a series of tensions between school agents and young actors' points of view emerges. The aim of the article is, based on an ethnographic fieldwork, to describe the different points of view that the actors involved in the implementation of PCI have about the “arrival of netbooks” at schools, and to comprehend: a. how these netbooks are incorporated to the previous interactions at school, and b. the problems that arise with the introduction of netbooks to the school dynamics.
